About Us
Connecticut VNA Partners has its foundation in a unique collaboration between Connecticut VNA Homecare and Hospice by Masonicare and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, an alliance created in 2007 between Saint Francis and Connecticut VNA East Hartford.
Prior to this joint venture, Masonicare, owner of Connecticut VNA, operated the largest home care agency and hospice service in the state. Saint Francis operated a home health care agency providing home health and hospice care designated for the home care needs of Saint Francis patients.
Connecticut VNA’s Greater Hartford office has an 80-year history, tracing its roots to the East Hartford Visiting Nurse Association which Masonicare purchased in 1997.
Saint Francis has been providing home health care for 30 years and hospice care for 15 years in the Greater Hartford community.
